  5. Blueview Software is looking for uploaders!! Users who participate  will  be
  6. rewarded for their efforts. Here's how it works: each uploader  is  given  a
  7. set of files to upload and a  reference  number,  the  reference  number  is
  8. branded on each program's order  form  and  will  be  used  to  track  sales
  9. generated by your efforts. A $3 commission will be added to your account for
  10. every order we receive  that  contains  your  reference  number.  Commission
  11. checks will be mailed out every four months.

  14. In order to achieve the widest distribution  possible,  we are accepting one
  15. user per telephone area code within the U.S. and Canada. Each uploader  will
  16. receive a disk of shareware programs with their reference  number branded in
  17. each the program's order form.  You are expected to upload the  files  to  a
  18. minimum of five BBSes in your local calling area. Users who have  more  free
  19. time can upload to as many BBSes as they wish.

  22. To participate please fill out the small questioner along  with  the  names
  23. and numbers of the BBSes that you'll most likely be uploading to.   The BBS
  24. information will be used to direct potential customers to the nearest  area
  25. where they can the download the files.

  28. We can only accept ONE uploader per area code. If you  do  not  receive  an
  29. uploading kit from us, it means that we already have an  uploader  in  your
